3. How We Use Your Information

  • Store and analyse dreams and metadata using Google's Gemini AI (we attempt to prevent Google from training on this data, but we may use your input for internal training).
  • Transcribe audio using OpenAI Whisper API (to our knowledge, OpenAI does not train on submitted data).
  • Authenticate and manage accounts (via Google, Apple, or phone authentication).
  • Process payments and subscriptions (handled by external payment processors).
  • Send notifications, updates, and account-related emails (via MailerSend).
  • Maintain app security, monitor errors, and analyze performance.
  • Improve customer support by storing user feedback.

4. Data Storage & Security

  • Your data is stored in Google Cloud (multi-region EU3).
  • API endpoints are hosted in London, UK.
  • We take reasonable steps to secure your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.
